Do You Have Any Questions?
Feel free to contact us
A: You sure can. We keep regular business hours and would welcome your call. You will hear a friendly voice and our agents are standing by. Feel free to call us at 952-222-8073
A: In most cases, we can secure preferred pricing in just a couple of days. Some of our companies even do same-day coverage. We generally find that if you take the time to do it right, you will end up with a better and lower-cost result.
A: It’s closely guarded a secret. Seriously, we have teamed up with multiple top-rated carriers to make sure you are receiving the most for your hard-earned money. Many have special programs for towing operations that can include commercial auto insurance, general liability insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance.
A: After securing your price quote, just tell us and we will rush the pre-filed application to you via our electronic signing system, Docusign. It takes but a minute to sign and NO printing, NO faxing, NO scanning, or snail mail! The preferred down payment method is by routing and account number, but a credit or debit card will work in some cases. This we like to obtain this personal information in person or by phone for security purposes.
A: Yes, we do, most definitely! Most of our companies allow payments, some are ever one month down. There can be savings associated with paying in full, but it’s not required here. We do however suggest automatic monthly checking withdrawal. The reason being is that you normally won’t have an installment charge. Plus, if you always have funds available, no late charges or cancellation notices.
A: The cost of your insurance is based on a number of important factors. The year of your truck(s), value, driving records, your location, years in business, loss history, payroll, etc. Request a quote and we will tell you.
A: This is optional coverage for towing, auto repair and auto body shop, etc. It will protect the customer’s car while you have it. Often limits of coverage are $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000. A deductible is also used and typically is $500 or $1,000.
A: It can depend on who is asking the question. If it’s the state of Minnesota, it’s only required if you have employees. If it is a vendor or someone you are working for, they may require it so they are protected if you were injured and deemed to be an employee. Workers compensation insurance is rated on payroll, what the employee does, and claims experience.
A: Businesses need general liability insurance to protect against bodily and property damage up to the limit on the policy. It protects a company’s assets and will pay for its obligations. The policy covers things like bodily injury, damage to a third party’s property, personal injury, advertising injury, electronic data liability, medical expenses (other than employees), defense costs, actions of your full-time employees or temporary staff, etc.
A: Legal liability pays only what you are legally liable for. Insuring on a direct basis will pay directly regardless of fault.
